Can I pay by credit card?
Yes we take most major credit cards.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes, there is a two week minimum for service loos and welfare units, a four week minimum for all other units.
What if I want to hire a unit for a weekend event?
Weekend hire rate is available, check out our events page for information.
Do you deliver?
Yes, virtually all deliveries will be carried out by our own transport division.
What do I need to do prior to delivery?
Ensure we have sufficient access, that there are no overhead obstructions and that the ground conditions are suitable. NB Some of our vehicles are up to 60ft long-if in doubt ask our transport department.
What foundations do I need?
It depends on the surface the unit will be standing on. Hard standing is usually sufficient for individual units. Softer surfaces may require additional support. Modular buildings will nearly always require pad foundations. All our modular buildings are supplied with foundation drawings.
Do you connect units to mains services?
No, the customer is responsible for all site connections. It is strongly recommended that this work is carried out by suitably qualified tradespeople.
Do I need planning permission?
Generally speaking you don't, as long as the unit is smaller that 30m2 or on-site for less that 28 days. This can be a complicated subject, we strongly suggest you contact your local planning authority.
Can you help with my planning application?
Yes, we can supply all the relevant information.
What happens if I have a problem with the unit during the hire period?
In this unlikely event, contact us and we will attend the site promptly to rectify any problems.
I am concerned about the possibility of vandalism.
We have a huge range of anti-vandal units aimed at combating theft and damage.
Can you provide risk assessments and method statements?
Yes, all this information can be supplied prior to delivery.
